NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF WEST BOYLSTON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

The Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at Hartwell Business Park, 127 Hartwell Street, Meeting Room # 1, West Boylston, Massachusetts, on Thursday, April 19, 2012, at 7:15 p.m. to act on the Petition of John Toomy, 32 Deer Path, Hudson, Massachusetts, seeking a Special Permit under West Boylston Zoning Bylaws, Section 3.4, E and F, Schedule of Use Regulations and Accessory Apartments.  The Petitioner seeks to maintain an accessory apartment upon the property located at 68 Newton Street, West Boylston, in the Single Residence zoning district.  Record title stands in the name of 68 Newton Street, LLC.

The Petition may be viewed in the Office of the Town Clerk, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, MA.  All interested parties are invited to attend this hearing.
